Carving out space away from our daily routines, retreats invite us into a sacred space of exploration. Through stillness, breathwork & movement practices, we cultivate a grounded sense of being. Retreat is an opportunity to mindfully reset as we open to receive the changing of seasons.

Nectar Yoga Retreat Centre, Bowen Island
Nectar Retreat Centre sits on 20 acres of untouched land on Nexwlelexwm (Bowen Island) the traditional and unceded territory of the Skwxwu7mesh (Squamish) Nation People.
It is Nectars' owners life's work to be stewards of this land, to care for and know its forests and waterways. The land they care for has been largely untouched so that we, their guests, might experience nature in its raw form.
Nectar is situated just 10 minutes by car from the main town of Snug Cove and the BC Ferry Terminal. The property grants us easy access to Snug Cove, the Grafton Lake Lands, Mount Gardner and the West Side Beaches.
Delicious, lovingly prepared vegetarian meals will be served family style in the beautiful vaulted Onyx Lodge, or as weather permits, outdoors on the patio.
Please Note: Nectar Retreat Centre follows the provincial health mandates and guidelines. At present, they do not require the wearing of masks or proof of vaccination, however should provincial vaccine and/or mask mandates change, they and we will follow what is in place at the time of the retreat.

A variety of accommodation types to suit everyone. Attend with a friend or family member in a beautifully appointed shared room/cottage or indulge in the quiet and solitude of a private room.

*rates are per person and do not include gst or travel
**shared deluxe cottage accommodates 2 -3 persons (two single beds on main level, 1 bed in loft area)
Full capacity for this retreat is limited to 14 -17 participants (depending on double or triple occupancy). All of the accommodations are beautifully appointed. The A-Frame Cottages have access to two shared detached bathrooms with showers. The shared Moonstone & Deluxe Cottages have their own bathrooms.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your room, please send me an email with room preference and a $400 non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be sent by etransfer to edispanier@gmail.com

$400 deposit - upon registration
2nd deposit - February 1, 2026
Balance - May 1, 2026
Cancellation Policy:
Initial deposit of $400 is non-refundable.
Instalment & balance payments are non refundable once paid. Should you need to cancel prior to the retreat AND I am able to fill your spot, the 'instalment & balance' portion of your retreat fee will be reimbursed less a $50 admin fee.
Should the retreat need to be cancelled due to public health mandates, it will be rescheduled, no refunds will be given (this is based on Nectars policy).
